Robert B. Daidone, 68, passed away on June 4, 2025, in Palmetto, FL, leaving behind a legacy of love, integrity, and curiosity. Known to many as Mr. Bob, he was a devoted mentor, a beloved grandfather, and a man of compassion, humor, and deep intellect who was loved by all.
An avid explorer of both knowledge and the natural world, Bob was a certified master and rescue diver who dedicated countless hours to marine conservation. He volunteered with Mote Marine and helped launch early reef cleanup efforts with Suncoast Aqua Ventures, generously offering his time, skills, and resources.
Bob’s passion for science and adventure inspired many. In his memory, donations can support ongoing reef cleanup initiatives.
