Another Successful Post Hurricane Cleanup at Alligator Creek!
Suncoast Aqua Ventures coordinated with Sarasota Bay Watch and South Venice Yacht Club to make this event a success.
41 incredible volunteers came together—on 3 boats, 23 kayaks, and along the shoreline—to remove 3,680 pounds of debris from the mangroves! Among the items collected: a sofa, recliner, dressers, mattresses, propane tanks, and more.
The weather was perfect, the water was clear, and the teamwork was amazing!
